Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of concessions and special events management experience
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience
  • Prior sales and draft experience preferred
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control and employee supervision preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing key accounts required with concessions and special events preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license and MVR must fall within MillerCoors pre-employment background screening guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of concessions and special events management experience
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in sales and draft operations preferred
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control and employee supervision preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing key accounts, especially within concessions and special events
  • Valid driver’s license with MVR compliant with MillerCoors pre-employment screening guidelines

Job Duties

  • Work with suppliers and marketing team to ensure all sponsorship agreements are met and executed
  • Seek out opportunities for increased market distribution and sales
  • Act as key account manager for all CDC concessions and special events business partners
  • Develop and implement sales strategy and execution for concessions and special events venues including Coors Field, Empower Field at Mile High, Ball Arena, and Red Rocks
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure operational execution including delivery of product to venues and events
  • Manage all people management processes including staffing, performance management, discipline, and team communications for concessions and special events team
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and manage contingent workers support
  • Manage budget of approximately $800,000 including staffing, labor costs, supplies, and other expenses
  • Develop and maintain contingent labor plan based on anticipated sales and staffing needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue and event managers
  • Handle escalated concerns
  • Assure quality of product delivery and service at venues through supervision and auditing
  • Manage issues related to old beer and conduct quality audits
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Provide direct face-to-face customer contact
  • Fill in for team members as necessary
