Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience in food and beverage or concessions
  • Strong knowledge of alcohol service laws and health regulations
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in cash handling and operating POS systems
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage, concessions, or bar supervision preferably in an event venue or high-volume setting
  • Strong understanding of alcohol service laws and health and safety regulations
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, late nights, and extended hours
  • TIPS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required with additional hospitality training or coursework considered a plus

Job Duties

  • Supervise the setup, operation, and breakdown of concession stands and bar areas
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and alcohol regulations
  • Monitor and enforce responsible alcohol service such as checking IDs and TIPS compliance
  • Oversee staff during events ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and guest satisfaction
  • Train, coach, and support concessions and bar team members
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and manage restocking before, during, and after events
  • Perform accurate cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all food and beverage service areas
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen, operations, and event management teams
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing for concessions and bar locations
  • Report equipment issues, supply shortages, or guest incidents promptly
  • Enforce company policies and safety protocols at all times
  • Support setup and execution of specialty bars or catered VIP activations when needed
  • Provide on-the-floor leadership during high-volume events and troubleshoot as necessary
  • Remain flexible and available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event schedule
