Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform essential duties with energy and enthusiasm
- Basic working knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Basic math skills for money handling

- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 months related experience and/or training preferred
- Basic working knowledge of food and beverage and food and bar preparation
- Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain rules and regulations of health and sanitation laws and safe storage procedures
- Maintain rules and regulations for serving alcohol
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned retail areas
- Ensure non-profits, part-time staff, third parties, and temporary staff follow inventory procedures accurately
- Plan for daily sales flow based on projections
- Organize paperwork for cashier responsibilities including physical inventory stand sheet and cash, voucher, or other slips
- Assist workers with troubleshooting and retail food and beverage procedures
- Interact pleasantly and professionally with employees, customers, and clients
- Maintain accurate transaction handling procedures
- Perform location-assigned duties
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
