Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to perform essential duties with energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic working knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • Basic math skills for money handling
  • Ability to maintain professional and effective relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 months related experience and/or training preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of food and beverage and food and bar preparation
  • Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain rules and regulations of health and sanitation laws and safe storage procedures
  • Maintain rules and regulations for serving alcohol
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned retail areas
  • Ensure non-profits, part-time staff, third parties, and temporary staff follow inventory procedures accurately
  • Plan for daily sales flow based on projections
  • Organize paperwork for cashier responsibilities including physical inventory stand sheet and cash, voucher, or other slips
  • Assist workers with troubleshooting and retail food and beverage procedures
  • Interact pleasantly and professionally with employees, customers, and clients
  • Maintain accurate transaction handling procedures
  • Perform location-assigned duties
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
