Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience three months or more preferred
- Ability to read and understand food orders menus and product labels in English
- Ability to learn and operate a POS Point-of-Sale system
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Process guest transactions by taking orders assembling items and completing sales using a Point-of-Sale POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards for quality presentation and safety
- Learn and operate concession equipment including grills deep-vat fryers steamers and ovens
- Maintain appropriate stock and supply levels and communicate low inventory items to the Concessions Stand Manager
- Provide friendly professional service by listening to and addressing guest questions requests and concerns
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work area including proper disposal of trash and cleaning of dishes and equipment
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and verify guest identification in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Follow all sanitation health and safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
