Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to obtain RBS alcohol Certification
- Ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience within food and beverage
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work long periods standing, walking, and lifting
- Must be able to maintain a friendly, positive attitude
- Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations
- Must be able to make generalizations and decisions without immediate supervision
- Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to obtain RBS alcohol Certification
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience helpful
- Ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain positive guest service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to make decisions without immediate supervision
- Ability to accept and carry out directions
Job Duties
- Report for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with neat personal appearance
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Attend preshift meetings prior to every event
- Analyze and resolve problems proactively
- Double check Stand Managers' beginning and ending inventory accurately
- Utilize a tablet to input adjustments and transfers during events
- Control spoilage and waste and ensure products meet health regulations
- Ensure workstations and storerooms are clean and stocked
- Order replacement stock as needed
- Complete and sign all required paperwork accurately
- Replace empty kegs with full ones
- Maintain quality appearance of concession location
- Enforce alcohol policies and procedures
- Clean equipment and organize stock at closing
- Fill any position in the location if needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
