Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Serve Safe Certified or willingness to become certified
  • Previous food handling and sanitation experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
  • Ability to adapt to new procedures and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain excellent attendance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to adapt to new procedures and work as a team to improve concession stand efficiency and quality
  • Previous supervisory experience in a food service environment highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of concession stands, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet customer demand
  • Work with the Food and Beverage Manager to continuously improve procedures
  • Recruit, hire, and train concession stand staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operation hours
  • Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation standards following health department regulations and FMC standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Perform regular inspections of concession stands to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards
  • Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports to identify opportunities for improvement and cost control
  • Other duties as assigned to support the Concession operation as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager
