Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work in an open-air environment under various weather conditions
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, including up and down stairs or ramps
- Availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays during stadium events
- Sufficient mobility to perform production tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Must hold state and local health certifications for food handling
- Must be ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certified
- Practice safe work habits, follow safety policies and procedures, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
- Must be union member according to collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by selling products and processing electronic payments via POS system
- Prepare simple menu items
- Sell items and collect payment via POS in a non-cash environment
- Interact with customers to assure satisfaction
- Enter all sales accurately into the POS system
- Clean and maintain the concession area including storing products and removing trash
- Serve food and beverage orders promptly and courteously
- Verify identification for alcohol purchases
- Suggestively sell and upsell items
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory procedures
- Perform arithmetic operations involving US monetary units
