Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six months' experience in a food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to maneuver around the venue including walking, standing for 8-10 hours or longer, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more
- ability to frequently bend, reach, kneel, and squat
- ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- six months' experience in a food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred
- excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- exceptional hospitality and customer service skills, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- desire to work as a team
- ability to make professional, independent, and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures
- ServSafe and TIPS certification a plus
Job Duties
- Transfer product to concession stands and carts while complying with inventory procedures
- setup product in stands, rotate stock and inventory, and prepare for future events
- help receive, unload, and store deliveries
- stock, clean, and organize the commissary, stands, and surge areas
- assist in pre-event setup through various duties and assist in post event breakdown
- maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area following sanitation standards
- provide total guest satisfaction through skilled and capable service in accordance with New York State laws and company policies
