Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- six months' experience in food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
- capability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- exceptional hospitality and customer service skills
- knowledge of service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to work as a team
- sound judgment and decision-making within company policies
- ServSafe and TIPS certification a plus
Job Duties
- transfer product to concession stands and carts while complying with inventory procedures
- set up product in stands, rotate stock and inventory, and prepare for future events
- help receive, unload, and store deliveries
- stock, clean, and organize the commissary, stands, and surge areas
- assist in pre-event setup and post-event breakdown
- maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area following sanitation standards
- provide total guest satisfaction through skilled and capable service
