Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
- Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Must have the physical ability to maneuver around the venue, at times walking and or standing for 8-10 hours or greater, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 30 lbs plus, and frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
- ServSafe and TIPS certification a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Desire and ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to make professional, independent, and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet guests and sell menu items in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner
- Project a positive attitude and energy to guests
- Support the front line by preparing items for sale, restocking product, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- Input orders into point-of-sale system and accept payment
- Clean and sanitize all food service equipment and sweep and mop floors after every shift
- Communicate guest orders to keep a smooth workflow and maintain fast service
- Adhere to all safety procedures pertaining to the stand and overall conduct
