Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior customer service experience beneficial but not required
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance
Must be at least 18 years old or 21 where alcohol service is involved
Completion of required state or local alcohol service training if applicable
Adherence to company dress code policies
Ability to read, understand, and follow safety and training protocols including harassment and discrimination policies
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training and legally required alcohol service certification if applicable
Good public speaking and listening skills
Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
Strong problem-solving and reasoning capabilities
Excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Physical capability to perform standing, walking, lifting, and bending tasks as required

Job Duties

Operate POS system and manage cash drawer accurately
Upsell and promote premium viewing experiences and Regal Crown Club program
Ensure tickets are sold in compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
Respond to guest inquiries professionally and courteously
Prepare, operate, and clean concession equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy
Comply with local, state, and federal food safety and alcohol service laws
Manage auditorium entry including ticket collection, seating assistance, and crowd control
Conduct theater inspections for safety and quality
Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and other public areas
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
