Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- hospitality experience or similar venue experience a plus
- food/alcohol service certification preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- valid ServSafe Food Handlers certification and Alcohol Service certification or ability to obtain
- thorough knowledge of sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards
- basic math skills relevant to POS transactions and inventory
- adherence to high standards of integrity and professionalism
Job Duties
- Assist with receiving and distribution control for F&B in the venue
- maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas
- deliver product to stands during events
- perform post-event clean-up and break-down
- store equipment
- ensure appropriate stocking levels and rotate products FIFO
- follow proper transfer process of products between locations with documentation
- clean and maintain concession and F&B equipment
- conduct walk-through of warehouse and storage areas after daily operations
