Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • hospitality experience or similar venue experience a plus
  • food/alcohol service certification preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • valid ServSafe Food Handlers certification and Alcohol Service certification or ability to obtain
  • thorough knowledge of sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards
  • basic math skills relevant to POS transactions and inventory
  • adherence to high standards of integrity and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Assist with receiving and distribution control for F&B in the venue
  • maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas
  • deliver product to stands during events
  • perform post-event clean-up and break-down
  • store equipment
  • ensure appropriate stocking levels and rotate products FIFO
  • follow proper transfer process of products between locations with documentation
  • clean and maintain concession and F&B equipment
  • conduct walk-through of warehouse and storage areas after daily operations
