Job Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of fryers, flat top grills, and roller grills
- ability to stand for extended periods in a heated environment

- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- ability to work event-driven hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- team player with reliable transportation
- pass a consumer report background check
Job Duties
- Set up cooks' stations and ensure all cooking tools are in place
- filter and/or change cooking oil as needed, disposing of spent oil appropriately
- complete all pre-event food prep as directed
- prepare all food items and maintain stock of cooked products during events while minimizing spoilage and waste
- follow all food handling procedures as directed
- break down cooks' stations, clean all cooking tools and equipment, and return everything to place
- sweep and mop concession stand floors and assist with trash and cardboard removal
- perform other assigned tasks
