Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to prepare and sell alcoholic beverages
- Able to stand and walk for 6 hours
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to work overtime, late hours, holidays if needed
- Must wear appropriate uniform at all times
- ABC "LEAD" certified preferred
- Food handlers' card
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Selling a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during CCAE functions
- Pouring sodas, beer, wine, bottled water, and other beverages
- Providing excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
- Counting cash accurately and making correct change quickly
- Understanding and ensuring all state and federal alcohol serving policies are followed
- Adhering to all laws, rules, regulations pursuant to California Alcohol and Beverage Control
- Stocking items as needed
- Setting up, cleaning, and breaking down workstations
- Assuring the proper handling and cleaning of all equipment
- Ensuring all sanitation procedures are followed pursuant to state and local regulations as well as OSHA requirements
- Maintaining and balancing individual cash banks
- Following all designated opening and closing procedures to ensure areas are secure, energy efficient, and sanitary
- Following all sanitation procedures including safety guidelines and OSHA requirements
- Attending all safety meetings as required by management
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
