Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to prepare and sell alcoholic beverages
- able to stand and walk for 6 hours
- able to lift up to 30 lbs
- able to work overtime, late hours, holidays if needed
- must wear appropriate uniform at all times
- ABC "LEAD" certified preferred
- food handlers' card
- excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Selling a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during CCAE functions
- pouring sodas, beer, wine, bottled water, and other beverages
- providing excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
- counting cash accurately and making correct change quickly
- understanding and ensuring all State and Federal alcohol serving policies are followed
- adhering to all laws, rules, regulations pursuant to California Alcohol and Beverage Control
- stocking items as needed
- setting up, cleaning, and breaking down workstations
- assuring the proper handling and cleaning of all equipment
- ensuring all sanitation procedures are followed pursuant to state and local regulations as well as OSHA requirements
- maintaining and balancing individual cash banks
- following all designated opening and closing procedures to ensure areas are secure, energy efficient, and sanitary
- following all sanitation procedures including safety guidelines and OSHA requirements
- attending all safety meetings as required by management
- other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
