Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- must have and maintain a driving record acceptable to The Cleveland Orchestra
- excellent defensive driving skills
- 2+ years of limo experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- ability to travel between Severance and Blossom Music Centers, Cleveland Airport, and other required locations
- outstanding concierge service skills with guests

Job Duties
- Fulfill the role of rehearsal and concert assistant during rehearsals to help guest artists and conductors familiarize with backstage areas and ensure onstage presence as required
- Ensure guest dressing rooms are cleaned and prepared before artist arrival, including posting signs, replenishing towels and refreshments, and coordinating cleaning services
- Relay guest conductor and artist needs to the Artistic Department and fulfill allowable requests such as lunch orders
- Serve as the primary contact between house managers and guest artists, handling patron requests to greet artists when necessary
- Complete and submit expense reports with receipts to the Manager of Artist Services promptly
- Drive the Music Director, guest conductors, guest artists, and special guests to concerts, rehearsals, appointments, dinners, and airports, ensuring safety and timeliness
- Maintain open communication with Artistic Operations to accommodate any schedule changes related to driving needs
