Job Requirements
- Ability to speak and hear in English
- Close and distance vision
- Frequently lifts and carries up to 25 lbs
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills
- Frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior food and beverage experience preferred
- Food safety sanitation certification
- Ability to understand simple instructions
- Capacity to learn simple procedures and techniques
- Ability to perform routine tasks consistently
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized dish breakdown area with clean china, silver, glassware and utensils
- Maintain ample amount of ice in ice bin
- Restock glasses, cups, plates, napkins, and trays
- Remove water glasses and coffee cups upon request
- Clean tables and wipe down salt and pepper shakers
- Set up tables for breakfast customers
- Maintain bus stands in a neat and organized manner
- Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
