Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality or related sectors

- Proven track record in digital and traditional marketing campaigns

Job Duties
- Establishes the hotel positioning and content/messaging strategy based on business and customer mix as well as brand pillars
- Works alongside operations to ideate and market curated on-property experiences and activations
- Collaborates with sales leaders to provide marketing support to all sales-impacted market segments
- Conducts market-level research including SWOT analysis, competitive studies, and paid marketing surveys
- Manages strategic direction, execution, and audits of marketing-specific assets including digital content and advertising
- Creates and executes digital media strategies including email campaigns aligned with marketing calendar
- Supports development and execution of public relations and social media strategies including influencer and media relations
- Manages agency vetting, relationships, and alignment to strategic plans
- Utilizes reporting and data for campaign strategy optimization
- Manages and executes local partnerships for activations and sponsorships
- Prepares and presents marketing performance reports at strategic meetings
- Performs special projects and participates in committees and cluster groups as assigned
- Maintains alignment with internal corporate and regional marketing teams
- Proficiently uses Microsoft Office, social media sites, CMS platforms, and digital analytics tools
