Job Requirements

  • Specialized training or education in pastry
  • Experience working in a culinary or pastry environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and perform physical duties for long periods
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Specialized training or education in pastry
  • Ability to lift up to fifty pounds daily with proper lifting techniques

Job Duties

  • Supervising, coaching, training, and scheduling pastry cooks
  • Maintain standards and procedures to consistently conduct an accurate inventory
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety in the work area
  • Produce high-quality baked goods, desserts, and pastries aligned with each hotel’s culinary standards
