Job Requirements
- previous two plus years of general manager experience within a busy select service hotel or four plus years as an assistant general manager
- proficiency with computer and office software
- ability to communicate effectively via email
- ability to manipulate and interpret data from spreadsheets and databases
- experience with hotel information and accounting systems
- premium brand experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- proven leadership skills
- experience working with premium hospitality brands preferred
Job Duties
- focus on increasing revenue index, flex/flow, and guest satisfaction scores
- develop plans for staff optimization and leadership mission clarity
- build relationships with hotel ownership and corporate staff within the first 30 days
- foster positive relationships with onsite sales, regional directors, and corporate sales & marketing leadership
- balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- maintain and grow market share
- lead customer service initiatives that enhance guest experiences
