Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- minimum 8 plus years of progressive culinary management experience including 4 plus years in a multi-unit or complex operation
- proven success leading large high-volume teams in catering hospitality or corporate dining environments
- strong financial acumen with a track record of managing food and labor costs
- excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- passion for innovation team development and exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties
- Oversee multiple units ensuring alignment with brand client and financial goals
- provide culinary leadership across all operations ensuring quality creativity and consistency in every aspect of service
- manage menu development seasonal updates and offerings across locations
- drive food quality presentation and service standards that reflect Restaurant Associates premium brand
- implement systems for inventory management purchasing and cost control across units
- maintain strict compliance with food safety sanitation and HACCP regulations
- collaborate closely with Operations Sales and Client teams to support events activations and new openings
- recruit train and develop chefs and culinary managers to build strong leadership pipelines
