Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive culinary management experience including 4+ years in a multi-unit or complex operation
- Proven success leading large high-volume teams in catering hospitality or corporate dining environments
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing food and labor costs
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Oversee multiple units ensuring alignment with brand client and financial goals
- Provide culinary leadership across all operations ensuring quality creativity and consistency in every aspect of service
- Manage menu development seasonal updates and offerings across locations
- Drive food quality presentation and service standards that reflect Restaurant Associates premium brand
- Implement systems for inventory management purchasing and cost control across units
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety sanitation and HACCP regulations
- Collaborate closely with Operations Sales and Client teams to support events activations and new openings
- Recruit train and develop chefs and culinary managers to build strong leadership pipelines
