Job Qualifications
- college degree preferred

Job Duties
- lead and mentor sales staff including hiring coaching development performance evaluations disciplinary actions and terminations
- develop and execute strategic and promotional plans to drive revenues to reach or exceed annual goals
- assist in the production of annual business and marketing plans as well as revenue and sales department expense budgets
- proactively solicit new business opportunities by conducting sales calls and presentations to potential clients
- manage customer contracts ensuring all contracts meet company standards
- monitor and direct sales leads to sales managers providing motivation support encouragement and direction
- participate in executing company-wide marketing initiatives and attend local trade shows
