Job Qualifications

  • college degree preferred
  • high school diploma or GED with three years related experience or training

  • ability to work flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor sales staff including hiring coaching development performance evaluations disciplinary actions and terminations
  • develop and execute strategic and promotional plans to drive revenues to reach or exceed annual goals
  • assist in the production of annual business and marketing plans as well as revenue and sales department expense budgets
  • proactively solicit new business opportunities by conducting sales calls and presentations to potential clients
  • manage customer contracts ensuring all contracts meet company standards
  • monitor and direct sales leads to sales managers providing motivation support encouragement and direction
  • participate in executing company-wide marketing initiatives and attend local trade shows
