Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years marketing, advertising, and eCommerce experience
  • 2 years leadership experience preferred
  • Prior hotel or hospitality industry experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project and budget management abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and CMS tools

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5 years of combined marketing, advertising, and eCommerce experience
  • Prior experience in hotel or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics
  • Media buying experience for traditional and digital channels

Job Duties

  • Oversee marketing planning and execution strategies for the San Diego complex
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Establish brand positioning and messaging
  • Lead omni-channel marketing strategies including social media and eCommerce
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to support B2B sales and catering initiatives
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment with marketing goals
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports to leadership
