Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • experience with hospitality or property management software such as Lightspeed, Opera, M3, Workday, BirchStreet and Profitsword
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • daily revenue reporting
  • accounts payable processing
  • collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
  • maintain confidentiality and adhere to accounting principles and procedures
  • contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
