Job Requirements
- 4-year degree
- USSF C Licence or equivalent
- Experience leading self, peers, employees, and programs
- Experience with administrative and operational duties
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and improve operational workflows

- Willingness to work hybrid/remote
- Located in or willing to relocate to Gonzales, Louisiana

Job Duties
- Administering, directing and leading the tryout process from start to finish
- Onboarding new coaches, including signing coaches contracts
- Scheduling competitive coach meetings
- Assisting coaches in working through LSA policy
- Working alongside coaches to resolve parent/player or LSA conflicts
- Overseeing the registration experience of the Competitive Program including planning, execution and improvements
- Presenting competitive reports to Club Executive when requested
- Creating, implementing and maintaining operational handbooks across the competitive program
- Collaboratively working with parents, coaches and team managers to establish communication and resolve incidents to resolution
- Overseeing and managing onboarding through GotSport for all players and coaches
- Managing club uniform distribution and application processes
- Creating field layouts for all club events
- Managing field assignments for training schedules across all club programs
- Overseeing field assignments for all team games including external games
- Managing referee assignments and overseeing referee assignor activities
- Overseeing all soccer-based equipment for field readiness
- Acting as an ambassador and representative of the Soccer Club
- Becoming a subject matter expert in club registration platforms and troubleshooting issues
- Adapting operational processes to improve workflow efficiency
- Leading self while seeking leadership guidance as needed
