Job Requirements

  • be between ages 21-36
  • bmi lower than 32
  • at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
  • no more than five deliveries and two cesarean sections
  • non-smoker and drug-free
  • good mental and physical health
  • stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
  • u.s. citizen or permanent resident

Job Qualifications

  • be a female between the ages of 21 and 36
  • have a body mass index (bmi) lower than 32
  • have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
  • have no more than five deliveries and two cesarean sections
  • be a non-smoker and drug-free
  • maintain good mental and physical health
  • have a stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
  • be a u.s. citizen or permanent resident

Job Duties

  • complete health screenings and medical evaluations
  • maintain a healthy lifestyle during the surrogacy process
  • attend medical appointments and follow prescribed treatments
  • communicate regularly with the surrogacy agency and intended parents
  • participate in counseling and wellness programs
  • adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines
  • cooperate with the intended parents and healthcare providers
