Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
- ability to supervise and lead a team
- strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal and written communication
- effective listening and demonstrated problem solving skills
- ability to work in a high energy environment
- previous experience in a food service environment preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule mainly including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Support the Compass Manager in leading and assisting the outlets team on the floor during service
- customer communication before, during and post dining experience, including resolution of service related concerns
- communicate all necessary information to the front and back of house staff for each shift including daily line up, specials and events
- enforce high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
- ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions
- supervise the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
