Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
  • ability to supervise and lead a team
  • strong problem solving and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal and written communication
  • effective listening and demonstrated problem solving skills
  • ability to work in a high energy environment
  • previous experience in a food service environment preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule mainly including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Support the Compass Manager in leading and assisting the outlets team on the floor during service
  • customer communication before, during and post dining experience, including resolution of service related concerns
  • communicate all necessary information to the front and back of house staff for each shift including daily line up, specials and events
  • enforce high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
  • ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions
  • supervise the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team
  • perform other duties as assigned by leadership
