Job Duties
- Supports the Compass Manager in leading and assisting the outlets team on the floor during service
- Customer communication pre, during and post dining experience, including resolution of service related concerns
- Communicates all necessary information to the front and back of house staff for each shift including but not limited to daily line up, specials and events
- Enforces high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
- Ensures the security of monies, credit and financial transactions
- Supervises the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
