Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that will mainly include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a food service environment preferred
  • Refined verbal and written communication

Job Duties

  • Supports the Compass Manager in leading and assisting the outlets team on the floor during service
  • Customer communication pre, during and post dining experience, including resolution of service related concerns
  • Communicates all necessary information to the front and back of house staff for each shift including but not limited to daily line up, specials and events
  • Enforces high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
  • Ensures the security of monies, credit and financial transactions
  • Supervises the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
