Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of financial procedures
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Support the Compass Manager in leading and assisting the outlets team on the floor during service
- Customer communication pre, during and post dining experience, including resolution of service related concerns
- Communicate all necessary information to the front and back of house staff for each shift including daily line up, specials and events
- Enforce high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
- Ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions
- Supervise the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
