Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial procedures
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Support the Compass Manager in leading and assisting the outlets team on the floor during service
  • Customer communication pre, during and post dining experience, including resolution of service related concerns
  • Communicate all necessary information to the front and back of house staff for each shift including daily line up, specials and events
  • Enforce high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outlets
  • Ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions
  • Supervise the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
