Job Duties

  • Ensure adequate staffing through scheduling, recruitment, orientation and training
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
  • Execute company visual presentation and merchandising standards
  • Manage store inventory including cycle counts and bi-annual inventory
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees
  • Manage store budget and operating expenses
  • Provide feedback to corporate departments
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Complete store operational requirements
  • Enforce program, operational, and personnel policies
  • Manage store revenue including cash handling and deposit reconciliation
