Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement, program management, communications, or marketing
- Experience in organizational event planning
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Canva, and employee engagement platforms
- Ability to manage event logistics and reporting
- Must be self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work onsite
- Smartphone that meets company security standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in employee engagement, program management, communications, or marketing
- Experience in organizational event planning
- Ability to communicate and articulate ideas effectively
- Knowledge of Smartsheet, Canva, and internal engagement platforms
- Experience managing registrations and tracking attendance
- Ability to leverage data and analytics for program assessment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations to senior stakeholders
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Duties
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person employee engagement programs
- Manage planning, scheduling, logistics, communications, and evaluation of engagement programs at five core sites
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
- Track program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives
- Utilize trends and insights to enhance employee communications and program innovation
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to align engagement initiatives with business goals
- Support DE&I and Newrez NOW leaders with event planning and programming
