Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement, program management, communications, or marketing
  • Experience in organizational event planning
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Canva, and employee engagement platforms
  • Ability to manage event logistics and reporting
  • Must be self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Smartphone that meets company security standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in employee engagement, program management, communications, or marketing
  • Experience in organizational event planning
  • Ability to communicate and articulate ideas effectively
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, Canva, and internal engagement platforms
  • Experience managing registrations and tracking attendance
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics for program assessment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person employee engagement programs
  • Manage planning, scheduling, logistics, communications, and evaluation of engagement programs at five core sites
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Track program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives
  • Utilize trends and insights to enhance employee communications and program innovation
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to align engagement initiatives with business goals
  • Support DE&I and Newrez NOW leaders with event planning and programming
