Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement, program management, communications, or marketing
  • experience in organizational event planning
  • ability to effectively communicate and articulate thoughts and ideas
  • knowledge of Smartsheet and Canva
  • experience managing registrations and reporting on outcomes
  • ability to leverage data and analytics
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to work on-site
  • smartphone meeting company security standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in employee engagement, program management, communications, or marketing
  • experience in organizational event planning
  • ability to effectively communicate and articulate thoughts and ideas
  • knowledge of Smartsheet and Canva as well as internal engagement platforms related to employee experience including intranet and rewards
  • experience managing registrations, tracking attendance and reporting on program outcomes
  • ability to leverage data and analytics to assess the impact of engagement programs and recommend improvements
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to senior stakeholders
  • self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • strong Microsoft Office skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of both virtual and in-person engagement and experience programs for employees, including flagship and new programs
  • manage the planning, scheduling, logistics, communications and evaluation of engagement programs for five core sites with virtual experiences for non-core sites
  • coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of programs and events
  • track program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for learning initiatives
  • utilize trends and insights to improve employee communications and bring innovative ideas
  • build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment between engagement initiatives, resource planning, and business goals
  • build strong relationships with external stakeholders and partners
  • support and advise the DE&I and Newrez NOW leaders with event planning and programs
