Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 22 years of age
- One year recent over-the-road experience for company drivers
- Six months recent over-the-road experience for lease drivers
- No substance abuse program participation within the last 10 years
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum 1 year recent over-the-road driving experience for company drivers
- Minimum 6 months recent over-the-road driving experience for lease drivers
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated safe driving record
Job Duties
- Operate commercial motor vehicles to transport freight safely and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Utilize GPS and other navigation tools to plan routes
- Report any mechanical or safety issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork as required by law
