Job Duties

  • Set up bar with supplies and products prior to opening
  • ensure correct display of products to enhance sales
  • receive and prepare drink orders using standard pours and recipes
  • ring drink orders into register and process payments
  • provide immediate attention and excellent guest service
  • close down bar ensuring security and cleanliness
  • assist servers with food and beverage service when necessary
  • inform guests of daily specials and chef's specialties
  • perform quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction
  • clear and reset tables
  • maintain cleanliness of dining and bus station areas
  • advise supervisor of complaints
  • attend pre-shift line-ups
  • review and turn in Z report
  • perform clean-up and closing duties
  • report to work in neat and clean uniform
  • comply with legislation and company policies related to alcohol service
