Job Duties
- Set up bar with supplies and products prior to opening
- ensure correct display of products to enhance sales
- receive and prepare drink orders using standard pours and recipes
- ring drink orders into register and process payments
- provide immediate attention and excellent guest service
- close down bar ensuring security and cleanliness
- assist servers with food and beverage service when necessary
- inform guests of daily specials and chef's specialties
- perform quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction
- clear and reset tables
- maintain cleanliness of dining and bus station areas
- advise supervisor of complaints
- attend pre-shift line-ups
- review and turn in Z report
- perform clean-up and closing duties
- report to work in neat and clean uniform
- comply with legislation and company policies related to alcohol service
