Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with genuine hospitality and friendliness
  • ensure that guests have a positive and memorable breakfast experience
  • control the flow of guests in breakfast dining room and ensure that all seating requests are met
  • maintain working area clean and organized at all times
  • ensure food and beverages are continually replenished and appropriately presented
  • assist with quality and presentation issues, cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
  • maintain uniform and appearance in neat and clean condition at all times
  • work safely, watch for safety hazards, take immediate corrective action and report safety issues immediately to your Department Supervisor
  • comply with company policies, rules and procedures of the hotel
  • perform other job duties and responsibilities as requested by supervisors or managers
