Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage but not mandatory
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to carry up to 50 pounds
- excellent interpersonal skills
- able to follow instructions accurately
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Clears, cleans, and resets tables and surrounding areas
- carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
- replenishes supply of clean silverware, glassware, dishes, and other utensils in dining room
- stocks all cold food items on dining room buffet
- replenishes coffee urns, milk and juice dispensers as needed
- serves coffee and ice water refills to patrons
- cleans and polishes equipment such as coffee urns, juice and milk dispenser, highchairs, booster seats and sneeze guards
- conducts hall runs to pick up dishes and trays on guest floors
- may assist in employee break room cleaning and stocking of food during employee lunch hours
- responsible for guest relations and courtesy when asked for help, directions, or registering a complaint
- supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company
- required to be always in uniform when working on the property, including wearing a name identification badge
- all other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor
