Job Requirements
- Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- being a morning person, upbeat, ready to take on the day
- ability to use kitchen utensils and cleaning tools safely
- willingness to work varying shifts including full-time or part-time
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical cleaning tasks
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in food service preferred but not required
- excellent customer service skills with a strong guest-focused mentality
- outstanding time management and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic computer experience
Job Duties
- Logs in at the beginning of the shift
- ensures that beverage dispensers are full and in good working order
- makes sure that the serving tables are clean and set up per company policy
- supports other servers by clearing dirty dishes and utensils and busing away used items
- seats guests, answers questions pertaining to menu items, takes orders and serves guests
- cleans up general work area and surrounding areas
- changes table service from breakfast to dinner needs and vice versa
