Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to endure seasonal temperatures
- Ability to work with chemical pools including reading pool chemical levels
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Locks and unlocks all common area buildings and gates on a daily basis
- Inspects windows to ensure they are properly secured
- Cleans building facilities such as clubhouse, community offices, restrooms, laundry areas, and maintenance garage
- Ensures trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets
- empties common area trash containers as needed
- Reports all community maintenance issues and concerns that may be identified while performing daily duties to the Community Manager
- Inspects playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure proper operation
- Maintains community pool(s), tests chemical levels, and adjusts appropriately
- Follows safety procedures while performing duties
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
