Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to endure seasonal temperatures
  • Ability to work with chemical pools including reading pool chemical levels
  • Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Locks and unlocks all common area buildings and gates on a daily basis
  • Inspects windows to ensure they are properly secured
  • Cleans building facilities such as clubhouse, community offices, restrooms, laundry areas, and maintenance garage
  • Ensures trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets
  • empties common area trash containers as needed
  • Reports all community maintenance issues and concerns that may be identified while performing daily duties to the Community Manager
  • Inspects playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure proper operation
  • Maintains community pool(s), tests chemical levels, and adjusts appropriately
  • Follows safety procedures while performing duties
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned
