- availability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- flexibility to work early mornings or late nights during peak periods or special events
- minimum one year of cumulative experience in related fields

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum one year of experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building
- proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients or partners

- learner mindset with openness to feedback and growth
Job Duties
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement community strategy through key pillars
- establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, studio owners, and lululemon studio partners
- engage with the local community to identify new Ambassador and partner opportunities
- connect with guests on the store floor to assess needs and provide technical product education
- attend, support, or host local and regional community events
- execute product seeding strategies through community partners and Ambassadors
- review community business data and share insights with store leadership
