Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the country of the store location
  • Ability to travel to assigned store using reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work early mornings or late nights or overnight shifts during peak periods
  • One year of relevant experience in customer service, community engagement, grassroots marketing, or similar fields

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent or above
  • At least 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, groups, or partners
  • Experience motivating team members to accomplish goals
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to create inclusive environments
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Curiosity and a learner mindset
  • Ability to communicate interactively and clearly
  • Self-leadership and personal responsibility

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy to life
  • Establish and manage local key relationships such as Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon partner studios
  • Engage with local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities
  • Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide technical product education
  • Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events
  • Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
  • Review business data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership
