Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country of the store location
- Ability to travel to assigned store using reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work early mornings or late nights or overnight shifts during peak periods
- One year of relevant experience in customer service, community engagement, grassroots marketing, or similar fields
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent or above
- At least 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, groups, or partners
- Experience motivating team members to accomplish goals
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to create inclusive environments
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Curiosity and a learner mindset
- Ability to communicate interactively and clearly
- Self-leadership and personal responsibility
Job Duties
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy to life
- Establish and manage local key relationships such as Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon partner studios
- Engage with local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide technical product education
- Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events
- Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
- Review business data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership
