Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
- availability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1 year of cumulative experience in relevant fields such as customer service or community engagement
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- openness to feedback and continuous learning
- ability to collaborate effectively and uphold a respectful, inclusive work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building
- experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and represent the brand positively
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy through community foundations and guest experience to life
- establish and manage local key relationships such as Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios
- engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store's standing as a community hub
- connect with guests on the sales floor to assess their needs and provide technical product education
- incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience
- attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events
- execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors
- review community relevant business data and share insights with store leadership
- contribute to an inclusive team environment celebrating differences
