Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Two or more years of marketing or community non-profit experience required
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to be insured by OU Health automobile liability insurance carrier
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools and project management software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Develops and executes comprehensive project plans for events, partnerships, and sponsorships
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversees timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met
  • Maintains detailed project documentation, including timelines, budget reports, and post-event evaluations
  • Utilizes project management software to track progress and deliverables
  • Coordinates administrative tasks such as filling tables, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications
  • Assists the CR&SP team with logistics planning and coordination for nonprofit activations, including events in support of community partnerships and/or community health impact
  • Provides activation support, including setup, execution, and promotional activities
  • Contributes to long-term planning and roadmap creation for nonprofit partnerships
  • Ensures effective communication and collaboration with nonprofit partners
  • Manages and fulfills inventory of specialty/giveaway items for the Marketing and Growth team, maintaining compliance with brand standards for all specialty item orders
  • Works closely with Community Health Impact Program Manager to develop targeted campaigns to address healthcare disparities and increase access to care across the state
  • Partners with media relations to promote community partnerships and impact activations afterward
  • Provides input and execution on other marketing initiatives as assigned
  • Utilizes digital tools and platforms to enhance communication and engagement
  • Performs other duties as assigned
