Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in sales or related customer service
  • Experience working with older adults preferred
  • Dependable vehicle for transportation
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team
  • Willingness to attend training and compliance programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred but not required
  • Experience in sales with proven ability to close a high percentage of qualified leads preferred
  • Experience working with older adults preferred
  • Dependable vehicle for transportation
  • Training provided in company admission procedures

Job Duties

  • Receive and track community relations data such as inquiries, tours, deposits, special events, advertising
  • Prepare weekly reports tracking referrals, inquiries, tours, deposits, and referral sources
  • Manage move-in paperwork including review for accuracy
  • Handle incoming and outgoing sales and marketing calls, give property tours, and manage the move-in process according to company policy
  • Comply with state and federal requirements as applicable
  • Alert department managers and property team about projected move-ins, tours, and move-outs
  • Communicate and verify timely readiness of apartments for move-in
  • Maintain close working relationships with the team to make efficient move-in and move-out decisions
  • Coordinate and execute deposit and move-in paperwork, obtain signatures in compliance with policies and regulations
  • Communicate special needs of new residents to staff to ensure smooth move-in
  • Update operational leaders about move-in decisions promptly
  • Maintain CRM program for managing inquiries and referral sources
  • Monitor, evaluate and facilitate high customer satisfaction
  • Assist in developing and implementing special events and presentations targeted at community education
  • Attend CRD meetings and assist in plan implementation and tracking results
  • Perform all other assigned duties
