Job Requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without need for visa sponsorship
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory and customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational training preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience in front desk, concierge, hospitality, room management, or customer service roles
  • Previous supervisory and customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and foster community engagement

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with communications and public affairs team on campus communication strategy
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Employee Resource Groups and campus committees
  • Plan and organize customized activities and events for team and community building
  • Provide coordination and support for delivery of Workplace Services
  • Greet employees and visitors and conduct guest pre-registration
  • Submit janitorial and maintenance work orders and respond to customer requests
  • Lead site wide communication through activity calendars and digital signage
