Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks on a daily basis
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Dependable and punctual work ethic
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in groundskeeping janitorial or maintenance roles preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and property appearance
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Dependable punctual and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain community grounds including picking up trash cleaning common areas and ensuring walkways and amenities are kept in top condition
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks and work orders as directed by the Service Team
  • Report safety hazards repair needs and property concerns promptly
  • Support make-ready and turnover processes by assisting with unit cleaning and exterior upkeep
  • Ensure pool parking areas and community amenities are clean safe and resident-ready
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the property in a professional manner
