Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks on a daily basis
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Dependable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Previous experience in groundskeeping janitorial or maintenance roles preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and property appearance

Job Duties
- Maintain community grounds including picking up trash cleaning common areas and ensuring walkways and amenities are kept in top condition
- Assist with light maintenance tasks and work orders as directed by the Service Team
- Report safety hazards repair needs and property concerns promptly
- Support make-ready and turnover processes by assisting with unit cleaning and exterior upkeep
- Ensure pool parking areas and community amenities are clean safe and resident-ready
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the property in a professional manner
