Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in sales or community outreach preferred
- ability to work 5 days a week in office
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Montana
- able to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously
- comfort working independently and representing the organization in public settings

- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to coordinate events and manage logistics

- ability to work outside regular hours including evenings and weekends
- previous sales experience in service-based offerings preferred
- experience in community outreach or event coordination preferred
- knowledge of healthcare or senior care facilities preferred
- experience with social media management is a plus
Job Duties
- Engage with older adults in the community and local community partners to build awareness of GGH and encourage referrals
- Act as the primary host for all community room events in- and out- of the clinic including event planning, greeting attendees, coordinating logistics, and setup and breakdown
- Represent GGH at external events such as fairs, festivals, conferences, and local sports events and manage event logistics
- Maintain visibility of community engagement activities including tracking number of events and referrals generated and use data to improve outreach strategies
- Manage GGH’s local social media presence including Facebook page and promote the brand at community events with promotional materials
- Coordinate logistics for in-person community outreach activities like flyering, swag distribution, and face-to-face meetings
- Foster partnerships with local community organizations to encourage patient acquisition and referrals
