Job Duties
- Oversee recruitment, training, appreciation, coordination and management of volunteers within Yamhill County LCSNW programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with volunteer sources such as higher education institutions, businesses, service groups, schools, and churches
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of volunteer needs and report progress
- Recruit volunteers through presentations, tours, recruitment events, and contacts
- Ensure agency volunteerism remains highly visible in the county
- Collaborate with Advancement Manager and Program Managers to support volunteer contributions and program workflows
- Coordinate intern recruitment and volunteer training programs
- Direct fundraising and special volunteer projects for large community groups
- Recognize volunteers appropriately for their roles
