Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or community outreach preferred
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- proficiency or willingness to learn digital collaboration tools
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- existing relationships within the local running or wellness community desirable
Job Qualifications
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to connect with diverse audiences
- experience in community outreach or retail preferred
- familiarity with microsoft office and google suite
- event coordination or marketing experience is a plus

Job Duties
- build and maintain relationships with local running and fitness communities
- coordinate and lead community events and outreach initiatives
- collaborate with store leadership and support teams to align community activities with business goals
- engage customers in-store to enhance brand loyalty and awareness
- develop marketing materials and utilize digital tools for outreach
- manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution
- represent Fleet Feet at local events and partnerships
