Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three or more years of relevant administrative experience
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- willingness to work up to 29 hours per week
- ability to operate standard office equipment

- Three or more years administrative experience
- ability to manage confidential information
- experience in a demanding environment with excellent customer service skills
- strong attention to detail and well organized
- experience with data entry, budgets, graphs, and Microsoft 365 applications
- ability to manage multiple projects and display effective time management skills
- strong people skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers

Job Duties
- Coordinate confirmation information for player/alumni appearances, travel, and hotel
- manage the alumni database for reporting purposes
- facilitate ads for nonprofit sponsored events and alumni recognition
- prepare reports and presentations for committee/board meetings
- manage expense reports for efficiency
- compile actual financial data into spreadsheets for analysis
- coordinate employee participation in nonprofit sponsored events, golf outings, etc.
- input ticket requests for alumni attending games
- coordinate food/beverage for game day and events
- update the player appearance communication screens weekly
- assist alumni with benefit inquiries
- serve as back up to donations area
- assist with Green Bay Packers Foundation correspondence and events
- schedule external and internal meetings
- assist the Director of Community Outreach in any matter that requires additional support
